HISTORY :
Franz von Soxhlet invented the Soxhlet extractor in 1879 to extract fats from milk and other solids using continuous solvent reflux. Earlier manual methods were slow and inconsistent. The glass apparatus design allowed precise, automated extraction that became a standard in analytical chemistry.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

TESTING PROCESS :
Quality begins with manual inspection followed by polarization stress testing to ensure zero residual stress. High-precision verification follows I.S.O. and DIN standards using manual or automatic testing machines. Each extractor undergoes rigorous checks for joint fit and siphon performance.
PRINTING PROCESS :
GWSI applies permanent markings through precision screening with Glass Enamels (Ceramic Inks). These are baked in high-temperature kilns to permanently fuse the scale into the glass matrix, so it never fades.
PACKAGING PROCESS :
Final cosmetic sorting removes any blemishes. Each extractor goes into heavy-duty double-wall boxes with shock-absorbing bubble wrap for safe export.
